Keeping a consistent voice and tone across communication channels helps establish Paraqlet as professional and trustworthy. Follow the guidelines below for branded content.
In addition, upon the first usage of the company name, write Paraqlet Solutions. Then, you can shorten to Paraqlet. Capitalize the P in Paraqlet.
Brand voice
We favor simplicity over complex, lengthy language. We paint pictures in the minds of our audience with descriptive, down-to-earth wording.
Never use profane or derogatory language. If a person you are quoting (e.g. for a blog post) has used profane or derogatory language, consider paraphrasing the quotation to avoid directly quoting any offensive language, or choose a quote from them that does not include inappropriate language.
